Gemini is an application of our proprietary Constellation software suite, designed to simplify and automate GMP Equalisation (GMPe) for pension schemes ensuring accuracy and consistency. Gemini solves GMPe issues by providing an end-to-end solution, from analysing legacy data, through to calculating benefit rectifications Gemini solves the complex GMPe issue in a repeatable, configurable, and automated way.
Our partners Mercer and XPS are utilising Gemini to deliver GMP exercises for their clients (around 1,600 pension schemes/around 4.5 million pension scheme members).
