Louise succeeds Donna Maguire of SAUL, whose leadership over many years has been instrumental in developing PASA's Standards and Accreditation framework. PASA's Standards Committee plays a vital role in overseeing the development and application of industry standards and supporting the accreditation process that helps organisations demonstrate excellence in pensions administration.

This appointment recognises Louise’s extensive experience in pensions administration and her commitment to driving high standards across the industry. As Chair, she will lead the Committee in ensuring PASA's Standards continue to evolve alongside the changing regulatory landscape and the increasing expectations placed on pension administrators.
