One year on from the integration of Cosan Consulting into Intellica Group, the business is celebrating a successful first chapter that has strengthened capabilities, deepened client relationships, and created a stronger platform for long-term growth across the pensions and insurance sector.
Since joining forces, Intellica and Cosan have continued to build a fully integrated business combining specialist expertise in data migration, analytics, governance, consulting, platform delivery, and the flagship Administration Resilience & Mobility (ARM) solution. The integration has enabled teams from across both organisations to work more closely than ever before, bringing together complementary skills and experience to deliver greater value for clients and develop increasingly joined-up propositions.
Importantly, the business has maintained strong momentum throughout the integration period. Client demand and new business pipelines remain healthy, referrals and conversion rates remain high, and the group has continued to invest in growth through ongoing recruitment across key areas of the business.
The past year has also seen increased focus on becoming even more client-led, with teams working collaboratively across the group to better align services, solutions, and delivery around evolving customer needs.
Commenting on the first year of integration, Philip Dickinson, Co-Founder of Cosan Consulting, said:
“The last twelve months have been incredibly positive for both Cosan and Intellica. From the outset, there was a shared vision around culture, client delivery, and the opportunity to create something stronger together, and that has absolutely proven to be the case.
What has been particularly encouraging is how naturally the teams have come together. Collaboration across the business is stronger than ever, people have embraced the integration, and we continue to see real momentum both commercially and operationally. Just as importantly, we’ve retained the people and expertise that made both businesses successful in the first place, while continuing to attract new talent into the group.
This is incredibly important as the need for the services our group deliver has never been higher.”
Brendan Doherty, CEO of Intellica Group, added:
“A year on, we’re extremely pleased with how the integration has progressed. We’ve built a stronger, broader business with enhanced capabilities for our clients, while maintaining the culture, agility, and specialist expertise that both Intellica and Cosan were known for individually.
“The strength of the team has been central to that success. The collaboration we’re now seeing across the group, the quality of delivery, and the shared focus on becoming increasingly client-led gives us real confidence for the future. We continue to see strong demand in the market and remain focused on investing in both our people and our capabilities as we move into the next stage of growth.”
As the group looks ahead, the focus remains on continuing to strengthen integration across teams, developing innovative client solutions, and building a business that combines deep sector expertise with a highly collaborative and people-focused culture. Plans for group-wide events later this year, including an informal summer gathering, Pensions UK conference in Liverpool and the infamous Regatta, will further bring colleagues and clients together as the business continues to evolve as one unified team.
