to Support Next Phase of Growth

Following a successful first year since the integration of Cosan Consulting into Intellica Group, the business has announced the appointment of Keith Hawker as Managing Director as it enters its next phase of growth and operational development.

What particularly stood out to me was the strength of the culture and how successfully the Intellica and Cosan teams have come together over the past year.

There’s a clear sense of momentum across the business. I’m looking forward to building on those strong foundations and helping support the next stage of growth for the group.

Keith Hawker,

Managing Director, Intellica Group

Over the past 12 months, Intellica Group has continued to strengthen its position as a specialist data, technology, and transformation partner to the pensions and insurance industry. The successful integration of Cosan Consulting has created a stronger, more aligned business, bringing together expertise across data migration, analytics, governance, consulting, platform delivery, and the flagship ARM solution.

As the group continues to grow, the appointment of Keith reflects a continued focus on operational excellence, scalability, and delivering an increasingly client-led approach across the business.

Keith brings more than 30 years’ experience across software and services organisations in both the public and private sectors, with leadership experience spanning delivery, engineering, product, sales, support, and finance. His background includes senior leadership roles within organisations such as Capita and Civica, alongside extensive experience leading smaller, high-growth businesses through transformation and post-acquisition integration.

In his role as Managing Director, Keith will work alongside Brendan Doherty, CEO of Intellica Group. Brendan will continue to lead the overall strategic direction and growth of the group, while Keith will focus on operational leadership, delivery excellence, organisational alignment, and supporting the continued integration and evolution of the business.

Commenting on his appointment, Keith said:

“I’m really pleased to be joining Intellica as Managing Director and to have the opportunity to work alongside the team. Over the past few months, I’ve spent time with the board getting to know the business, and I’ve been genuinely impressed by both the ambition here and the quality of the people.

“What particularly stood out to me was the strength of the culture and how successfully the Intellica and Cosan teams have come together over the past year. There’s a clear sense of momentum across the business, strong customer relationships, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. I’m looking forward to building on those strong foundations and helping support the next stage of growth for the group.”

Brendan Doherty, CEO of Intellica Group, added:

“The successful integration of Cosan over the past year has created a stronger and more capable business with a clear platform for future growth. As we continue to evolve the organisation, Keith’s operational leadership experience, delivery focus, and ability to build high-performing teams will be hugely important in helping us scale effectively while maintaining the quality and culture that define the group.

“Keith joins at an exciting time for the business. We have strong momentum, an increasingly integrated and collaborative team, and a clear focus on continuing to strengthen our client offering across the pensions and insurance sector.”

Keith’s appointment takes immediate effect.
