Helen joins from Procentia, where she was Sales and Client Director, responsible for revenue generation and expanding market presence, successfully developing commercial opportunities with new and existing clients.
With a career spanning more than 25 years in the pensions industry, Helen brings deep market knowledge and a proven track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering commercial growth.
Prior to Procentia, Helen spent 17 years at Civica, progressing through a number of senior roles before becoming Business Development Director. She led sales and expansion of its pensions technology in the private and public sectors, working closely with senior leadership on business strategy and delivering above Group-average growth year on year.
Growing the Intellica Group proposition
Helen joins at an exciting time for Intellica as the business continues to evolve from a pensions data and technology specialist into a broader Group bringing together technology, data, consulting and pensions expertise under one roof.
Following the acquisition of Cosan Consulting, Intellica Group combines Intellica’s data and technology capabilities with Cosan’s specialist pensions consulting expertise. Together, the businesses are helping trustees, schemes, insurers and other pensions organisations tackle increasingly complex challenges - from data and administration through to transformation, resilience and end-game readiness.
The Group model is designed to bring complementary expertise together, giving clients access to a broader range of innovative capabilities while retaining the specialist knowledge and practical approach that sit at the heart of both businesses.
Helen will play a key role in taking that proposition to market, working across Intellica and Cosan Consulting to identify opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and build new partnerships as the Group continues to expand.
Brendan Doherty, CEO of Intellica Group, said:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Helen to Intellica Group. She brings an exceptional depth of pensions market experience, a strong commercial track record and, importantly, a genuine understanding of what clients need from their technology and service partners.
“We’ve built something very exciting through Intellica and Cosan coming together. We’re no longer looking at pensions challenges from a single perspective - we can bring together data, technology, consulting and deep pensions expertise to help clients solve much more complex problems.
“Helen joins at exactly the right time. Her experience, relationships and understanding of the market will be hugely valuable as we take that proposition further, build new relationships and continue our growth across pensions and insurance.”
Helen Sparke, Sales Director at Intellica Group, said:
“I’m delighted to be joining Intellica Group at such an exciting point in its journey. The combination of Intellica’s new data and technology capabilities with Cosan Consulting’s pensions expertise creates a genuinely compelling proposition for the market."
“What really attracted me to Intellica is the opportunity to be part of a Group that is bringing different areas of expertise together to solve the challenges clients are facing today, and those that are coming next.”
“I’m looking forward to being part of the vibrant people culture, getting to know the wider team and building on the strong relationships already established across the industry. Helping more clients see what Intellica Group can deliver is going to be truly exciting.”
